Looking for a visionary leader who will take our organization to the next level of support and care for our patients and to continue to meet the mission of the organization, to help create healthier lives and families by providing and advocating for sexual health problems. The Executive Director provides overall leadership and direction for all operations associated with Options Clinic serving La Crosse, Vernon, Monroe, Crawford, and Richland counties in Wisconsin. Creates a shared vision of the organization, builds understanding around the mission, and assures development and implementation of appropriate operational goals and strategies to advocate the mission. Options Clinic will be widely recognized and supported for our excellence in normalizing sexuality through sexual health care, education, and prevention services, and our commitment to a lifetime of wellness for all. Required Qualifications include: Bachelors degree required, preferred in business, public administration, health sciences or social services. Masters degree preferred. 5 years proven leadership experience in management in the non-for-profit, public or private sector.
