Great Rivers United Way 2026-27 Campaign Sweepstakes Official Rules:
1. TIMING: This promotion includes one (1) sweepstakes. Individuals who make qualifying campaign donations and employees of companies that submit donation results by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, December 31, 2026, will be eligible. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2. PRIZES: Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $250 Kwik Trip gift card. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Any individual who makes one or more qualifying campaign donation to Great Rivers United Way during the Promotion Period will automatically receive sweepstakes entries based on their total qualifying campaign donations received during the Promotion Period. Each eligible donor will receive: one (1) base entry upon making any qualifying campaign donation of at least $1, and one (1) additional entry for every $52 in total qualifying campaign donations, up to a maximum of twenty (20) total entries per donor. Examples: Total qualifying donations of: $1-51 = 1 entry; $52 = 2 entries; $104 = 3 entries; $156 = 4 entries; and so on. Multiple qualifying donations made by the same donor during the Promotion Period will be combined to determine the donor’s total qualifying campaign donations and corresponding number of entries. Qualifying campaign donations are limited to contributions made directly by an identifiable individual donor and credited toward the 2026–27 Great Rivers United Way Campaign. Contributions from donor-advised funds, corporate gifts, matching gifts, anonymous gifts, and other contributions not directly attributable to an identifiable individual donor do not qualify. Entry without donation may also be made by sending a letter to Great Rivers United Way, ATTN: 2026-27 Campaign Sweepstakes, 1855 E. Main St., Onalaska, WI 54650, containing your name, address, and phone number. Online entries will not be accepted. A limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person applies. Employees of Great Rivers United Way, members of the Great Rivers United Way Board of Directors, Campaign Co-Chairs, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
4. ENTRIES: Mail-in entries must be postmarked and campaign donations must be received by Great Rivers United Way no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, December 31, 2026. Great Rivers United Way is not responsible for companies that fail to submit employee pledge forms or lists of eligible employees by this deadline. Great Rivers United Way is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or damaged mail.
5. DRAWING & ANNOUNCEMENT: Two (2) winners will be selected in random drawings at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2027, at the Great Rivers United Way office, 1855 E. Main St., Onalaska, WI 54650. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be announced at www.gruw.org following the drawings.
6. RELEASE: By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules, represent that they are eligible to participate, and consent to the use of their name and/or photograph by Great Rivers United Way for publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants release Great Rivers United Way, Kwik Trip, and each participating donor company, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, fulfillment, publicity, and promotion agencies, from any and all claims of liability arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including claims for personal injury, property damage, or other losses, except where prohibited by law.
7. RECEIPT OF PRIZE: No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of Great Rivers United Way if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Great Rivers United Way reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this promotion if it cannot be completed as planned and to award prizes based on eligible entries received as of the termination date.
8. RESPONSIBILITY: Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize. Participation in this promotion may affect the tax deductibility of a charitable contribution. Participants should consult their tax advisor regarding their individual tax situation.

10. ENTRY INTEGRITY: Individuals who qualify are automatically and systematically (not manually) entered into the drawing as qualifying campaign donations are processed. Participating public sector campaigns provide individual donor information, which is audited, allowing public sector donors to be accurately included. Companies that do not typically provide individual donor information may submit a list of employees with qualifying donations, and those names will be entered into the sweepstakes database. Individuals who submit valid mail-in entries will also be included. Although Great Rivers United Way cannot publish the complete list of eligible entrants, participating organizations may request verification of their qualifying participants prior to the drawing. No donation necessary. Void where prohibited. A donation will not improve your chances of winning.
