Maintaining Your Balance with Tai Chi

Tai Chi consists of easy, flowing movements. In addition to improving balance, Tai Chi builds confidence, coordination, muscle strength, and all-around fitness.
This conversation and class will take place indoors at the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center. Physical therapist and Tai Chi instructor Diane Brose will lead attendees through a low-impact, introductory Tai Chi lesson. Please wear loose clothing.
