Resource Development Director

Join the team at Great Rivers United Way! We are looking for a team player to oversee our development department. This is a full-time, benefitted position. The ideal candidate will be able to lead the organization into a new phase of fundraising with grant writing and individual donor cultivation. A bachelor’s degree plus two to three years of successful work experience in Fundraising, Sales/Marketing, Project management, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered) preferred. Non-profit experience is a plus.
