Monroe County
What’s raised here stays here
In 2020, Great Rivers United Way funded 32 programs that made a difference in the lives of thousands of Monroe County residents! Nineteen of our 26 partner agencies provide services in the areas of health, education, and financial stability in Sparta, Tomah, and beyond! Last year, United Way funding allowed these critical programs to touch their lives 66,549 times!
Great Rivers United Way invests more than $234,000 a year in Monroe County. Please join our efforts to make this community an even better place to call home for you, your family, neighbors, and friends with a gift to Great Rivers United Way.
Your gift of $1/week ($52/year) makes an impact – it provides:
- Boys & Girls Club memberships to two Monroe County youth living in poverty
- A habitability inspection of a new housing unit for a Monroe County family facing homelessness
- An entire month’s worth of food for a Monroe County family of three
