Learn To Lead is a free, six-week training to help those considering service on a nonprofit Board of Directors. Participants will learn the basics of board service and leave the program feeling confident when asked to join a board for the first time.

At this intro session led by former School District of La Crosse Superintendent Randy Nelson, you’ll learn how nonprofit boards put mission into motion.
Topics will include: Understanding Board Financials & Ethics; Community Needs & Board Panel; Fundraising & Executive Director Panel; and the StrengthsFinder Assessment.
At our final session, Great Rivers United Way will introduce you to some of its nonprofit friends!
