Community Health

Great Rivers United Way’s Community Health focuses on three main areas:
  • Responding to community needs
  • Providing training for Community Health Workers
  • Connecting individuals to resources, healthcare, and one another
Community Health includes the following programs at GRUW:
  • Community Care Program
  • Community Health Worker Training
  • Community Needs Assessment
  • Nourishing Futures
  • Providers and Teens Communicating for Health (PATCH)
