Community Stakeholder Meetings
A partnership between Great Rivers United Way, Gundersen Health System, Mayo Health System, Tomah Health, Vernon Memorial, and county health departments in the region invite community members to participate in the Compass Now Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Meetings are taking place throughout the region for the public to give input on the most important community issues impacting health. Public input helps shape the plans and strategies the Compass partners implement to improve health in the community.
What is Compass Now?
Compass Now is a collaborative study conducted every three years to evaluate the health needs of our community. It is an important tool in understanding our community’s health landscape. Input from residents, businesses, and community leaders shape the plans and strategies the Compass partners implement to improve community health.
How Can You Participate?
